This template rewards a rivalry that changes both characters, sustains tension over time, and earns a memorable payoff. Raw power level alone is not enough.
Is this an anime power-scaling tier list?
No. It ranks rivalries as story relationships. A weaker character pair can outrank a stronger pair when the conflict has better chemistry and consequences.
Can I add a rivalry that is missing?
